Cristiano Ronaldo hasn't been in his best form at this World Cup, but the Ballon d'Or holder finally bagged his first goal of the tournament in Portugal's 2-1 win over Ghana.
In the 80th minute, Ghana goalkeeper Fatau Dauda palmed a cross straight to the feet of Ronaldo, who showed no hesitation in burying it in the net.
The goal sent joy to American fans, who faced a group stage exit from the tournament if Ghana won the match. Of course, the reason the Americans were in such a position was the excellent goal that Ronaldo set up at the end of U.S. and Portugal's 2-2 draw on Sunday.
Even still, one might expect to see C-Ron's face carved in Mount Rushmore in the next few days.
