Peyton Manning throws TD pass, taunts Texans safety Swearinger

Peyton Manning and Emmanuel Sanders hooked up for their second touchdown connection of the game for the Denver Broncos against the Houston Texans, but Manning didn't run to celebrate with Sanders immediately after. Instead, he made a beeline for Texans safety D.J. Swearinger.

That's because Manning didn't appreciate the lick Swearinger laid on Broncos receiver Wes Welker a few plays earlier. Welker was being evaluated for a concussion after the hit.

Plus, during the Broncos-Texans joint practices earlier this week, Swearinger apparently had been a bit chippy.

So Manning was more than happy to take a taunting penalty and 15 yards — have we ever seen this before? — for getting in Swearinger's face for what Manning viewed as a cheap shot against his receiver. Believe us, Manning will earn some points in the locker room for this gesture.
