St. Louis Rams QB Sam Bradford leaves game with left knee injury

St. Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford limped off the field with a left knee injury and was ruled out of Saturday night's game against the Cleveland Browns.

That left knee is the same knee that Bradford tore the ACL in last October. He grabbed it as soon as he was hit and remained on the field for a while before being led to the locker room along with trainers, Bradford clearly limping his way in.

Bradford had looked good in preseason action before getting hurt on Saturday and was determined that he was worth taking with the top pick in the draft back in 2009, despite suffering through a litany of injuries that dates back to his senior season at Oklahoma.

Bradford was hit by Browns pass rusher Armonty Bryant on the play on which he injured the knee.

The Rams confirmed it was the same knee that Bradford injured a year ago, and he was ruled out for the duration of Saturday's game.
