Former Michigan lineman Elliott Mealer does a great Brady Hoke impression (Video)

Former Michigan offensive lineman Elliott Mealer played in 26 games in two seasons for Brady Hoke after Hoke was hired away from San Diego State in 2011. Mealer was a backup for Hoke in 2011, but was inserted into the starting lineup at center for his fifth-year senior season under Hoke, so it’s safe to say he knows his former head coach pretty well.

I think this video that Mealer posted onto his Instagram account gives further evidence of that,

That is an extremely accurate impression. For reference, here’s a clip from a recent Hoke press conference.

Pretty well-executed, right? I think so.

Mealer, who currently plays for the San Jose Sabercats of the Arena Football League, had a brief stint with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He was also featured in an episode of ESPN’s E:60, which chronicled a tragic car accident that resulted in the death of his father and girlfriend and the paralysis of his brother.

It’s worth your time.
