It has been 13 years since Tony Siragusa last strapped on the pads as a defensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens, but apparently he still has some athleticism in him.
Siragusa, who tipped the scales at 340 pounds during his playing days, now works as an analyst for FOX. During Sunday’s broadcast of the Eagles-Giants game, a brief clip of Siragusa booting a 25-yard field goal was shown.
Look at that form! Siragusa went with the left-footed toe technique, played the wind perfectly and booted it right down the middle with a few yards to spare. That’s not as easy as he made it look.
Eagles punter Donnie Jones was clearly impressed and played the part of a referee by putting two arms in the air to signal a successful try.
Well done, Tony.
