Proving beyond all doubt that the Spanish lower divisions are the front lines for innovative football fashions, third-division club Cultural Leonesa will be bringing a touch of (lower) class to the pitch with a black kit that includes a tuxedo T-shirt design.
The new kit will be put to use for the first time on July 30 and the chances of the referee trying to order a drink from one of the Cultural Leonesa players are quite strong.
Days earlier, Spanish second division club CD Lugo unveiled preseason shirts that depict a glass of beer and an octopus tentacle, respectively. It's only a matter of time before the Spanish lower divisions produce a club wearing Federal Body Inspector shirts.
