When the PGA Championship pairings were announced last week and Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson were paired together, a golf writer joked that they should pass out helmets to the gallery who are following these two.
Neither player is known for hitting the ball straight, and while Mickelson is playing some fine golf on Friday at Valhalla, it's Tiger who is again struggling with his back and his golf game.
Standing on the 10th tee, both players hit similar tee shots that ended up headed for the gallery, and both players walked up to find fans that were struck by their errant tee shots.
Woods pulled out a Nike glove and signed it for the fan while Mickelson went with the signed golf ball, giving both people hit with their shots something to take home (besides the inevitable bruise).
